Hôtel Mayfair Paris

The location is really good. Of course, everyone wants to be there, so be prepared for crowds of tourists even in late April, but our excursions to the D'Orsay museum, the Orangerie museum and the Sainte-Chapelle were all walkable. The staff were invariably smiling and helpful, and especially our porter/barman! Our room faced the side-street but the room was completely silent, and it was spacious, with excellent facilities - safe, espresso machine, bathrobes, etc. - with even two chairs and a really above-average range of non-French tv channels.

Hotel Mayfair Paris is centrally located to many good restaurants & good shopping areas. The reception staff were very helpful in booking taxis, recommending good restaurants, as and when we needed.

Location was Outstanding. Bed was good, but the pillows were awful. Too dense and hard. Why? The automatic $5 room service fee on top of the cost of the item being delivered was off putting. I have never seen that. The staff were gracious and most eager to accommodate or meet our needs. Our bathroom was large and updated, to bad there was not enough counter space and definitely needs a handrail to get out of a deep tub for safety. I would recommend this hotel for location alone.

This was a fabulous hotel in a great location. We walked miles around Paris from our hotel. The cafe on the corner (which provided room service as well) was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was also exceptional. I was shipping two suitcases home that needed to be wrapped up and tagged in a very specific way and the bell-person (I wish I got his name), cheerfully helped me prepare the bags. I would definitely stay at this property next trip to Paris.

It’s somewhat old, but very charming and classy. The hotel is exactly as advertised, no unexpected or bad surprises. Best location in Paris according to my cousin who lives there. Great price. Special thanks to Aurélie and Maxime who went above and beyond for me very early in the morning and late at night with my check-in difficulties and last minute appointment for a COVID test. They represent typical French politeness and hospitality.
